How do I order my console?
If you want to order by credit card you can order by telephone or fax, see the contact us page for contact details. Alternatively if you want to enquire further or order by email you can use the enquiry/order menus on the page and section for your vehicle. Just click on the colour and model you require and this will link you to your email program, which will then have the part number and console details of your chosen console in the subject line. You can then just pop a cheque in the post. Note - please do not give credit card details via email.

Are the leather consoles real leather?
Yes

What about the colours of the consoles?
All the colours of the consoles are colour coordinated to the interior/dash area. Just make sure you let us know which colour you require.

What happens if I receive my console and don't like it?
Not a problem, you may return the item for a full refund.

How do I fit my console?
Please see the fitting instructions for your particular make and model by pressing the fitting instructions button on the page/section for your vehicle. Alternatively if you prefer, you can contact the office for fitting info. You can do so via phone, fax, or email.

When I change my vehicle can my console be transferred to my new one?
You can only change the console to your new vehicle if the models are the same. Some colours may vary.

How does my handset phone cradle fit to the console?
You fix the cradle to the console with screws.

What happens to the handset wires?
On most occasions the wires can be placed through the console, then giving a clean cut fresh look.

Yes. All trade/retail/manufacturer enquiries are welcome.

Do you sell internationally?
Yes. You can order a console and get it delivered anywhere in the world.

How soon will my order arrive?
If the order is within the UK and the model is in stock you can have your console via next day delivery. For international orders please give 7 working days. Most models are generally in stock - for items that are not in stock please expect to wait a short time longer.

If I require a special colour on my console that is not usually listed can you cater for my needs?
Yes we can offer this for you providing that you give us a sample colour from the vehicle i.e. small cap, screw cap cover, ashtray, leather swatch. There will be a small extra cost for this service, so please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Can I have two-tone colour on my console?
Yes.

I currently have a bracket in my car fitted to the dashboard/centre console. Can I have a Push Fit console to fit it?
Yes - just state the make and model of your vehicle, the interior/dashboard colour and type of phone you have.

I have an existing Plummer console with a cradle attached. How does a Push Fit console fit to this?
You just remove the hands free cradle and place the push-fit console over the top. The new console will cover any of the holes. The push-fit console is ideal if you have a blue tooth phone.

I own a blue tooth phone. Can I have the phone on charge while its sitting in a Push Fit console?
Yes - there is a small cut-out at the bottom of the console which will in turn allow you to charge the phone whilst it is placed in the console.

Why is there a need for a console when I own a blue tooth phone?
A push-fit console will provide an excellent home for your mobile. Even though it is blue tooth its nice to have your phone in eyes view so that you can see who's ringing on the caller display before answering. Also, your phone will have a permanent place to sit while driving, instead of the phone crashing around inside the vehicle or digging into your body while its in your pocket.

How do the consoles look once fitted?
All the consoles look as if they have been fitted in the factory and give an original equipment look.

How does my phone fit into a Push Fit console?
The mobile phone just pushes in through the front of the console giving a snug fit for a variety of models. There is sufficient space for your charging lead to connect and also for your phones aerial.

Which phones can be used with a Push Fit console?
In order for a number of different mobile phones to fit the push-fit design there are two different push-fit consoles available - Pushfit 1 and Pushfit 2. Take a look at the list below to see which console is right for your phone.
